RICHTER received the B.S. degree in computer science from Kempten University of Applied Sciences, Germany, in 2019, the M.S. degree in computer information technology from Purdue University Northwest, Hammond, IN, USA, in 2021. and the M.S. in artificial intelligence convergence from Chonnam National University, Gwangju, South Korea in 2025.
